In this role you will:
Make An Impact by:
• Effectively promoting and selling all Bio-Rad Genomics and Proteomics solutions, including Droplet Digital PCR, qPCR, Imaging & Western Blotting Workflow along with associated reagent content to achieve revenue targets.
• Demonstrating a strong Sales Process through careful territory planning and opportunity management.
• Partnering with sales peers who represent Cell Biology portfolio, Global Strategic Accounts as well as Field Application Scientists, to explore the full potential of all opportunities and provide customers with well-rounded support and a complete picture of Bio-Rad solutions.
• Utilizing various cross-functional Bio-Rad Departments (Technical Support, Customer Care, Marketing and other Bio-Rad Personnel) in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Communicating with the Regional Manager on opportunity funnels, sales activities, market trends, and revenue forecasts on a routine basis.

What You Bring:
• BS/MS/PHD in a Life Science Discipline.
• 3-5 Years of Sales Experience with strong focus on Selling both Genomics / Proteomics Capital Equipment and Reagent Portfolios Preferred.
• Highly Motivated with a Demonstrated Record of Life Science Sales Success.
• Strong Knowledge of Genomics and Proteomics Research Space.
• Developed Analytical Skills.

As the Sales Incentive Manager, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and executing core processes such as plan design and implementation, quota methodology, plan administration, performance management, audits, and analytics. You will utilize data-driven solutions to influence decisions regarding future plan designs and policies. In this role you will:
Make An Impact by:
• Effectively promoting and selling all Bio-Rad Genomics and Proteomics solutions, including Droplet Digital PCR, qPCR, Imaging & Western Blotting Workflow along with associated reagent content to achieve revenue targets.
• Demonstrating a strong Sales Process through careful territory planning and opportunity management.
• Partnering with sales peers who represent Cell Biology portfolio, Global Strategic Accounts as well as Field Application Scientists, to explore the full potential of all opportunities and provide customers with well-rounded support and a complete picture of Bio-Rad solutions.
• Utilizing various cross-functional Bio-Rad Departments (Technical Support, Customer Care, Marketing and other Bio-Rad Personnel) in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Communicating with the Regional Manager on opportunity funnels, sales activities, market trends, and revenue forecasts on a routine basis.
• Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills within Bio-Rad and externally with customers.
• Developing and executing a Territory Sales Plan.
• Building, managing, and growing the Sales Opportunity Funnel.
• Managing and meeting customer deadlines.
What You Bring:
• BS/MS/PHD in a Life Science Discipline.
• 3-5 Years of Sales Experience with strong focus on Selling both Genomics / Proteomics Capital Equipment and Reagent Portfolios Preferred.
• Highly Motivated with a Demonstrated Record of Life Science Sales Success.
• Strong Knowledge of Genomics and Proteomics Research Space.
• Developed Analytical Skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience selling to For-Profit Entities.
• Previous experience working closely with team members and management.
• Previous experience working with Customer Purchasing teams to manage effective contract negotiations preferred.
• Previous experience selling to Cell & Gene Therapy Customers a plus.
